The story
Manual tracking of residency and passport expirations for 373 employees, where any delay means fines and compliance violations discovered too late.
A proactive dashboard that classifies permits by expiry: today, this week, this month, this year, or already expired. With employee distribution by profession and nationality, renewal cost comparison and a responsible officer per employee.
On first run, the system surfaced what the files had been hiding: dozens of expired permits, caught before they became fines.
