Products are ready-made digital files (Excel systems) delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped.

Each product page lists what it does, its limits and its requirements. Read them before buying, or ask for a preview on WhatsApp.

Prices are in Saudi riyals. The price on the product page is the amount you pay.

Card, Apple Pay and mada payments go through a licensed payment gateway. We never see or store your card details.

For bank transfers, the order is confirmed once the amount is received.

For online payments, the download link appears right after payment and is emailed to you.

For bank transfers, the file is sent on WhatsApp within hours of receiving the receipt, usually the same day.

If the file does not reach you for any reason, message us and we send it right away.

Because the product is a copyable digital file, payments are not refunded once the file is downloaded or received.

If the file has a defect that stops it working as described on its page, we fix or replace it free of charge.

If you paid and we could not deliver the file, you get a full refund through the same payment method.

The file is for the buyer and their business. It may not be resold, published or shared publicly.

We collect only what the order needs: name, phone number and email.

We use it only to deliver the file and contact you about your order, and share it with no one except the payment gateway.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
