The story
A developer held two designs for serviced apartments, millions apart. Enthusiasm said more, fear said fewer, and nobody had asked the market.
An on-site assessment, a market analysis built on three comparable projects, then a complete financial comparison of both designs: annual revenue, net profit and payback period per scenario.
An explicit recommendation for the 33-unit design, an 83% increase in units, grounded in full numbers for each scenario rather than impressions.
