What it does

Sabra opens in its own full-screen window and does not look like an Excel file. You record purchases and sales and every item's balance moves on its own. It tells you what has reached its reorder point and the suggested quantity per supplier, and it exposes dead and slow stock and the cash locked inside it. The decision board gives you six metrics before you open a single sheet.

Limits and requirements

Runs on Excel on Windows and needs Enable Content once, because the interface is built on macros. It is not a point-of-sale system, it does not issue tax invoices, and it does not run on mobile or Google Sheets. Passwords are stored as a hash that stops casual access; it is not bank-grade protection.

Ordering and delivery

Pay by bank transfer from the buy section or order on WhatsApp. The file arrives in a WhatsApp chat once payment is confirmed.
